WHAT WE DO

We are experts in turning tired hotels into beautiful, affordable rental housing for your local workforce. We can do it quickly and efficiently, delivering hundreds of naturally occurring affordable housing units to your city in a matter of months. Our approach will not end the housing crisis, but it is a small step forward in solving for it.

We own and operate each asset and we believe that good neighbors are as important as good neighborhoods. That is why we leverage our Class-A amenities to host resident happy hours, offer continuing education with guest speakers, and invite local philanthropies to talk about their services and share volunteer opportunities with our residents. We also create a dedicated social media group for each properties where residents can get to know their neighbors and share information with one another as well as with our in-house property management team. It’s also where the on-site team keeps the residents informed of upcoming events and activities.
